Your Subscription Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your Subscription within 30 days of activation without providing any reason.
The deadline for cancelling a Subscription is 30 days from the date on which you activated your access to the Service.

We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.
Conditions for Refunds
In order for your Subscription to be eligible for a refund, please ensure that:
- Your Subscription was activated within the last 30 days.
The following conditions may render your Subscription ineligible for a refund:
- If the Service has been substantially used or accessed beyond a minimal trial period.
- If the Subscription has been customized or personalized to your specifications.
- If access to the digital Service has been provided and utilized in a manner that is non-reversible.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any Subscription that does not meet the above conditions, at our sole discretion. Only Subscriptions that have not been substantially used or modified may be eligible for a refund. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Digital Delivery of the Service
As our Service is provided digitally, there is no physical delivery or return process. Once access to the Service is granted, your right to a refund is subject to the conditions outlined above.
